Bonapriso, Douala: Jungle Justice Claims One Life

The scapegoat, Brandon, was given a dose of jungle justice after his three accomplices, including Nemou Merara, escaped. The four suspects were reportedly assaulting passersby at the Bonapriso neighbourhood of Douala in the night of July 14, 2015, robbing them of their hard-earned currency and other valuables.

The population fought back, caught Brandon and got him well beaten before the arrival of men of the Rapid Intervention Unit. While being taken to hospital, he died and the corpse was kept in the Laquintinie Hospital Mortuary.
